With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

SRAM's flat-top chains are specifically designed for modern 12/13-speed drivetrains and are characterised by their distinctive flat top profile.
This design allows for a narrower chain while still providing high strength and durability. Flat-top chains are exclusively compatible with SRAM's 12-speed AXS drivetrains or Transmission/T-Type and are not compatible with other 12-speed systems or older SRAM groups.
The environmentally friendly EcoProTeQ technology (EPT) from KMC protects chains against corrosion for twice as long as conventional rust protection. Each component of every chain link is treated separately with EPT, offering a 100% coating that provides the lowest possible attack by water, salt, and air humidity.
