Escape Bike Shop Returns Policy
At Escape Bike Shop, we understand that sometimes you may order something that doesn’t quite fit, or might be the wrong thing. This is fine; these things happen so as long as you return your goods unused, as new, in the original packaging and with all labels attached within 10 days for a full refund or replacement. Under these circumstances we can’t refund any postage charges. DVDs, videos or food products must have the original seals intact for obvious reasons. In the event that you receive goods which are of an unsatisfactory quality, the goods may be returned (with the original packaging in the case of damaged goods) within 14 days for a full refund plus all postage charges.
When we have processed the returned goods and your card has been credited, we will confirm this via email. When returning goods, we advise you to return products via recorded and insured delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. The Escape Bike Shop returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
All goods must be checked throughly upon delivery before being signed for as goods found to be damaged afterwards cannot be claimed for or returned as new for refund.
